1. Who we are
This website is operated by Arkan Building Contracting L.L.C, a building contractor licensed in Dubai and a member of Zahran Holding. In this policy, "Arkan", "we" and "us" mean that company.
This policy applies to the information you share through this website and through the email address published on it.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, Arkan receives:
- Your name and phone number, which the form requires so that the team can reply.
- Your email address, company and project brief, only if you choose to add them.
- The language you used, the page you sent the form from, any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source) and the page that referred you, so the enquiry reaches the right team.
- When the form security check is switched on, a one-time token from Cloudflare Turnstile that confirms the form was sent by a person.
When you write to info@arkanconstruction.ae, Arkan receives your email address and what you write.
3. Cookies and analytics
The public website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
It stores one setting in your browser: whether you closed the notice bar at the top of the page. The sign-in area used by Arkan staff keeps an encrypted session in the browser of the staff member who signs in.
When the form security check is switched on, Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser to tell people from automated traffic, under its own privacy policy.
4. How we use it
Arkan uses the details of an enquiry only to reply to it and follow it up:
- To contact you about your project and answer your questions.
- To pass your enquiry to the team best placed to handle it.
- To keep a record of the enquiry and of the correspondence about it.
- To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.
Arkan does not use enquiry details for marketing and does not sell them or rent them to anyone.
5. Who can see it
Enquiries are kept in Arkan’s enquiry system and are seen only by the Arkan staff who handle them.
The companies that host this website and its systems process the data on Arkan’s behalf, only to run those services. Arkan discloses information to an authority only where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Arkan keeps enquiry details for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and any project that follows from it, and for as long as the law requires business records to be kept. Details that are no longer needed are deleted.
7. Your choices
You can write to info@arkanconstruction.ae to ask what information Arkan holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Arkan may ask you to confirm who you are before acting on the request.
You can always leave out the optional fields, or contact Arkan by email instead of the form.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, and access to the enquiry system is limited to signed-in Arkan staff. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so Arkan cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
Arkan may update this policy when the website or the way it handles information changes. The version on this page, with the date at its top, is the one that applies.
