Yes. Arkan Building Contracting L.L.C is a limited liability company licensed in Dubai. License No. 1002533, Commercial Registration No. 1635947, and Dubai Chamber Membership No. 380045. We have been a Chamber member since 22 November 2021.

We cover building delivery from site preparation to handover. This includes main contracting and construction management, reinforced concrete and structural works, villa and residential tower construction, civil works, finishing and MEP coordination, procurement and subcontractor management, and inspection and handover support.

We build residential developments, private villas, residential towers, mixed-use and commercial buildings, hospitality-related buildings, community facilities, and staff accommodation. We work on both developer-led projects and investor-owned assets.

Yes. Our licensed scope includes roads, water pipelines and stations, earthworks, and land levelling. We also support civil works and site development on infrastructure-linked projects.

Yes. We support building maintenance, refurbishment, and electromechanical works. We plan the works so your building can keep operating while we upgrade it.

Yes. We support BIM coordination across structural, architectural, and MEP work to reduce clashes before they reach site. We manage drawings, submittals, RFIs, and inspection records through digital document control, and report progress through dashboards and digital snagging.

Yes. Through Zahran Holding, your project can draw on three specialist companies. AGIS covers smart infrastructure, ICT, and building systems. ZONE Interior Studio covers interior design and fit-out. ZWAY covers facility management and post-handover operations.

We follow 7 stages. Understand: we agree the brief, scope, and drawings. Plan: we align programme, cost, and method. Mobilize: we set up the team, site, and safety systems. Execute: we build to drawings and specifications. Control: we track quality, safety, approvals, and cost. Coordinate: we keep every stakeholder informed. Handover: we close out to inspection and your acceptance.

We measure progress against the approved baseline programme. We also track material approvals, procurement lead times, subcontractor productivity, and RFI closure. You get regular progress reports that match your governance requirements.

We review drawings, specifications, and sequencing early to catch buildability risks before work starts. Where it helps, we propose alternative materials or methods, subject to consultant approval. Early procurement planning limits delays and price escalation, and better coordination reduces rework.

We run testing, inspections, and snagging, then hand over the full documentation. Works are closed out once they pass inspection and you accept them. Digital snagging lets us track every item until it is closed.

Quality control follows your project specifications. We coordinate material approvals and consultant inspections, and follow up every non-conformance with corrective action. Each step is documented, so you have a clear record at handover.

Every project has a site safety plan, method statements, and risk assessments. We supervise sites daily, hold toolbox talks to keep workers aware, and track safety observations to prevent incidents.

We support the UAE Net Zero 2050 Strategy through efficient planning, less rework, responsible material sourcing, and waste-conscious site practices. Durable construction means fewer defects and buildings that perform better over time.

Our prequalification package follows what major UAE clients and consultants expect. It can include our trade license and commercial registration, Dubai Chamber certificate, organization chart, team CVs, quality, HSE, and environmental policies, insurance and banking references, project references, and sample inspection and handover records. We coordinate specialist subcontractors for schedule, quality, and accountability. We monitor their productivity and package progress, and every subcontractor follows our quality and HSE procedures.
