This website is operated by Arkan Building Contracting L.L.C, a building contractor licensed in Dubai and a member of Zahran Holding. In these terms, "Arkan", "we" and "us" mean that company.

The website gives general information about Arkan, its licensed activities, services, sectors and projects. Work delivered by the wider Zahran Holding Group is marked as the Group’s and is not presented as Arkan’s own delivery.

Arkan keeps the information accurate and current, but it may change without notice. Confirm any detail with Arkan before relying on it in a tender, a prequalification or a contract.

3. No offer or commitment

Nothing on the website is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to carry out work. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any work is agreed only in a written contract signed by Arkan.

You may view the website and keep a copy of its pages for your own reference, including when you assess Arkan as a contractor, provided you do not change them or remove any notice of ownership.

The Arkan name and logo, and the text, photographs and graphics of the website, belong to Arkan or to those who licensed them to Arkan. The Zahran Holding name and logo, and material about Group projects, belong to Zahran Holding or its companies.
